Jammu, July 23: Demanding probe into the links of people who have had links to Kashmiri American Council (KAC) President Dr Gulam Nabi Fai, the amalgam of right wing leaning Kashmiri Pandit organisations today demanded resignation of chief interlocutor Dileep Padgaonkar for attending a seminar on KAC invitation.
We have asked Mr Padgaonkar to submit his resignation from the post immediately in view of his alleged links with Dr Fai, Panun Kashmir President, Ashwani Chrungoo told reporters here today.
Chrungoo said that he cannot continue on public post that too, which is connected with affairs of Jammu and Kashmir. The KP leader was flanked by President of ASKPC, A N Vaishnavi, NCMCC Chairman, D N Kissu, ASKPC General Secretary H L Chatta of Joint Forum of Kashmiri Pandits organizations.
He said, Mr Padgaonkar continuing as interlocutor in three-member team appointed by the Central Government, will create mistrust as he is dealing with very important subject.
